The other week I attended an event at the Golden Lamb Buttery at Hillandale Farm in Brooklyn, CT. The Golden Lamb has been a staple there for many years and offers lunch and dinners. The dinners often include a hay wagon ride through the fields. At our event we were given a tour of the gardens. They are mainly kitchen gardens but they are lovely. The views are amazing!Also on the grounds in a gypsy caravan, which I LOVE LOVE LOVE! They used to let newlyweds who got married at the farm stay the night in it. The stained glass and carving on the door is really nice. I want one in my yard.
