Boudoir

When I was looking into the classes at Rhode Island School of Design, they had a Boudoir workshop. I read the description and said "No, that's not for me."

I think I had an idea that boudoir photography had to provocative and I guess "Playboy-ish" for lack of a better term. However, I am rethinking it after seeing David Bellemère photos for Marie Claire Italia. These have a very sensual feel but they aren't overly provocative or crass. They remind me of Edward Steichen's fashion photos.

I don't know if I will take the workshop but these have changed my mind on boudoir photography though.
